Having networking issues with ESXi/vSphere Client

First off, I apologize if this is thread is in the wrong section.

I just recently installed ESXi v6.0.0 within VMware Workstation 12.0 to try to familiarize myself with ESXi as I recently graduated and I have forgotten most of what I have learned from the class I took.

So, ESXi installed without a hitch and was very painless.

Then, I tried to create a VM. This is when things got messy. I can't seem to figure out why, but I get no network connectivity after obtaining a DHCP address at all within the VM, besides being able to ping the ESXi host itself.

First off, network layout is like so:

10.10.10.1     Gateway/Router

10.10.10.254 DHCP, DNS, File Server, VMware Workstation 12

10.10.10.250 ESXi host

10.10.10.244 ESXi Guest - Windows 7

8.8.8.8 Googles DNS

VMware workstation 12:

FX-8350 AMD

Intel Corporation 82574L Gigabit Network Connection

NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [GeForce GT 520] (rev a1) - Though, not enabled to work with VMware because either VMware or xvnc is throwing a fit about it

ESXi Host

The vSwitch has the following properties:

And then the following occurs on the ESXi guest:

I really can't figure out what the problem is, or what is going on. Yes, I could set up an internal VM Network with a firewall and what not, but I was hoping that there would already be network connectivity so that I wouldn't have to do that. Also, is it possible to do inline attachments?

Thanks to everyone for their help
