Nested Hyper v in esxi 5.1 and tried to manage through vm 2008r2

A nested hyper v in esxi 5.1 and tried to manage it through hyper v manager in 2008r2 server.Created a vm win-7 installation takes place succesfully but while starting the vm it automatically restarts frequently whats the cause.
